Seymond Pon

Seymond Pon is an experienced vivarium manager with a comprehensive background in overseeing animal research facility operations. Since February 2019, Seymond has served as Vivarium Manager at MapLight Therapeutics, Inc., and previously held the same title at Circuit Therapeutics from November 2013 to January 2019. Before these roles, Seymond excelled at Elan Pharmaceuticals, progressing from Assistant Manager to Senior Manager in the Research Animal Facility, focusing on nonclinical safety evaluation. Seymond's expertise includes team management, development and implementation of operational processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies, and managing transgenic mouse colonies. Seymond holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Loyola University New Orleans, awarded in May 1995.
