Babak Boustani

Babak Boustani has a diverse work experience in the power plant industry. Babak started their career as an Electrical Engineer at MAPNA-MD1 in 2009 and worked in that role until 2011. Babak then briefly worked as a Site Manager at Parsian Power & Industry Development Co. in 2011. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as an Expert Unit and Supervision at MAPNA Group. Since 2014, Babak has been with MAPNA-MD1, where they first served as an Electrical Engineer for installation and commissioning of power plants. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Technical Office.

Babak Boustani completed their Master of Science in power electrical engineering from Iran University of Science and Technology from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in power electrical engineering from Azad University (IAU) between 2002 and 2005.

In addition to their formal education, Babak Boustani has also obtained several certifications. Babak received the PCS7 certification from Siemens (QESHM VOLTAGE) in December 2019. In May 2017, they obtained the Principles and techniques of negotiation certification from MAPNA Group. In July 2015, they received the UV protection certification from NOBEL ACADEMY, INC. Furthermore, Babak Boustani obtained the LV & MV Switchgears Designing Course certification from NOVIN ARIA PETRONIR in December 2014. Babak also completed the Industrial Unit Design - Electrical course at Novin Parsian in February 2014. Additionally, they received the PMBOK certification from MAPNA Group in November 2013, and the Specialty Electrical Market certification from Imam Khomeini International University in February 2013.
