Sue Clevenger has a strong background in customer service and operations management. Sue started their career at Conseco in 1997, where they served as a VP of Operations and ran multiple customer contact centers. Sue also trained and served as a Six Sigma Black Belt. Sue then moved on to The Active Network in 2005, where they held the role of Sr. Director Support Services until 2012. At this point, they joined Aprimo as the VP of Customer Service. Sue's experience and expertise make their a valuable asset in the customer service industry.

Sue Clevenger earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Merchandising and Business from Indiana University Bloomington, completing their studies from 1982 to 1986.
