Stanza Perry, CSM has over 14 years of work experience. From 2006-2007, they were a Claims Adjuster for Allstate. From 2007-2009, they were a Platinum Consultant for American Express. From 2009-2010, they were an IT Specialist for the Social Security Administration. From 2010-2013, they were a Network Operations Analyst for Ellucian. From 2013-2015, they were a Business Operations Project Manager for Tropo, Inc. From 2015-2019, they were a Scrum Master and Business Operations Analyst for Cisco. During their time at Cisco, Stanza completed due diligence and tool migration for the Tropo business unit as part of Cisco acquisition, managed payments of software tools, tracked and processed the business unit's hiring reports, ensured employees of the department completed all privacy and legal compliance requirements, partnered with Legal department for subpoenas and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) filings and PCI compliance, processed escrow audits and FCC Regulatory filings, updated the Disaster Recovery Plan and completed the Business Impact Analysis for the business unit including Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and ensured all Tropo company documents were migrated to Cisco’s content management system and determined access and viewing capabilities. From 2019-2021, they were a Business Intelligence Analyst for Aspect Software and a Business Systems Analyst for Ciber Global. Currently, Stanza is a Senior Scrum Master for both Mapped and Five9.

Stanza Perry, CSM has an education history that includes a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Miami in 2002 and a Master of Science in Management Information Systems, General from the University of Phoenix in 2009. Additionally, Stanza has obtained several certifications including a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance, as well as certifications from LinkedIn in SQL: Data Reporting and Analysis, Comparing Agile versus Waterfall Project Management, Learning JIRA Service Desk, Agile Project Management: Comparing Agile Tools, and Product Management: Building a Product Roadmap.
