Brad Harris has a diverse and extensive work experience. Brad started their career in 2006 as a Co-op Student at ATA Architect Inc, where they learned to use AutoCAD Revit for creating 3D models. In 2007, they worked as a Technical Support at Threshold Financial Technologies, assisting with computer setups and troubleshooting. In 2008, they became a Junior Software Developer at the same company, manipulating an open-source wiki program and learning C# through self-study.

In 2009, Brad joined Research In Motion as a Software Developer, where they developed a web-based project management tool and gained knowledge in Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Brad then worked at Miovision Technologies in 2010 as a Software Developer, implementing new features on a web application and working in an agile development environment.

From 2011 to 2013, Brad worked as a Co-op Software Developer at Bowe Bell + Howell, gaining further experience in software development. In 2013, they transitioned into the role of Software Developer at the same company. Brad later became a Technical Lead and then a Software Architect at Mappedin, starting in December 2013 and currently holding the position.

Throughout their career, Brad has gained skills in software development, project management, agile methodologies, JavaScript, Ajax, ASP, C#, and AutoCAD Revit.
