Shivaji Mukthavaram has over 20 years of professional experience in the technology industry. Shivaji began their career in 1997 as a Software Lead/Engineer at Vensoft. In 2000, they joined Cisco Systems as a Technical Manager, where they were responsible for successful implementation of Oracle 11i Advanced Pricing and integration. In 2011, they founded CoArtha Technosolutions Pvt. Ltd., a HR Technology Solutions provider to Enterprises using Machine Learning & Automation. In 2013, they joined Prolifics as Practice Head - Open Source & Microsoft Practice, where they were responsible for Business Unit expansion, Enterprise Software Vision & Execution, Technology Innovation, and CoE setup. In 2014, they founded MapRecruit Inc., a Talent Acquisition Platform that simplifies tedious important activities of Recruiters. In 2007, they founded Job 'a' Fair, an eRecruitment 2.0 portal focused on 'Empowering Knowledge Societies'.

Shivaji Mukthavaram completed a B.Tech from National Institute of Technology Warangal between 1991 and 1995. Shivaji then attended Santa Clara University in 2002 to study Computer Networks. In 2003, they earned an MBA in Technology Management from University of Phoenix.
