Kirill Kolganov

Kirill Kolganov has extensive experience in finance and data analytics roles. In their most recent position as the Head of Data Analytics and Finance at MAPS.ME, they developed financial modeling and business monitoring systems for Web3 fintech products. Kirill also built a data storage and analytical system with BI dashboards for a product with over 10 million monthly active users.

Prior to this, Kirill served as the Program Director of the Digital Transformation Office at Top5 CIS Bank. In this role, they implemented a Balanced Scorecard and developed the bank's own BI system. Kirill also launched an operational monitoring system for strategic and operational indicators of the bank.

Before their role at Top5 CIS Bank, Kirill was the Head of Analytics and Finance Department at BCS Financial Group/BCS Global Markets/BCS Bank. Kirill created the analytical/BI expertise and team from scratch, organized financial planning and monitoring processes, and optimized banking products for increased revenue.

Earlier in their career, Kirill worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Sletat.ru. Kirill transformed the operational model of the travel agency business into a payment services provider and implemented a business performance monitoring system.

Kirill Kolganov's education history is as follows:

Kirill began their education at the Saint Petersburg State Mining Institute named after G. V. Plekhanov (Technical University), where they obtained a degree in Engineering from 2000 to 2005. Kirill then attended the Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University from 2005 to 2007, focusing on Economics and Management at the enterprise.

In 2008, they pursued further education at the International Banking Institute (IBI), where they obtained a degree in Financial Management. Moving forward, in 2019, Kirill attended the City Business School, specializing in Strategic & Operational Management until 2020.

Continuing their education, Kirill studied Executive Data Science at The Johns Hopkins University in 2020. These were their formal educational experiences.

In addition to their formal education, Kirill Kolganov received several certifications. In 2014, they completed a course on Strategic Management and Organizational Development at the Moscow International Higher Business School "MIRBIS." Kirill also obtained certifications in Corporate Finance from the Higher School of Economics in 2018 and in Business Efficiency Management from PwC in 2017.

Most recently, Kirill has acquired certifications in Machine Learning Foundations for Product Managers from Duke University, Generative AI for Business Leaders from LinkedIn, Cryptocurrency Masterclass course from Blockready, and Analyzing Growth Drivers & Business Risks from the Corporate Finance Institute, all in 2023.
