George Soules is a seasoned software architect with extensive experience in developing innovative technology solutions across various industries. Currently serving as a Software Architect at Southwest Harbor Public Library since January 2016, George Soules designed the Digital Archive, a platform for sharing local knowledge. As a consultant at Turner Engineering Company since July 2011, George Soules performs technology assessments for high-performance subway car systems. Additionally, George Soules is the creator of MapsAlive, a web application for interactive images, marketed internationally. Previous notable roles include leading the software architecture for the Pathfinder system at The Art Institute of Chicago and enhancing audio/video routing software for ABC Television. George Soules holds a BA in Computer Science from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and an Associate degree in Earth Sciences from Palomar College.
