Ron Thielen

Ron Thielen has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Ron started their career at Westphal & Company, Inc. in 1984, where they held the position of Vice President and later transitioned into the role of Estimator/Project Manager. Ron joined Maquoketa Valley Electric Cooperative in 2004 and currently serves as the President. Ron Thielen is also involved in Iowa NECA, where they hold the position of Past Governor/Board Member.

From 2004 to 2022, Ron Thielen attended NRECA and earned a Director Gold Leadership Certificate in CO-OP Business.
