Demis Dokhanian

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Demis is integrated into the rapidly adaptive culture of the city. Demis began his career as the Senior Analyst to multiple large and medium-size funds, acquiring value-add real estate opportunities in the apartment, retail, and storage space.

Demis joined Mar Vista Partners in March 2019, using his prior experience in mergers and acquisitions, real estate, and finance to identify strategic opportunities in the cannabis space. He specializes in the creative structuring of acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and leases.

Demis graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California in 2014.
