Tobias Roelen-Blasberg has extensive experience in various roles within the technology industry. Tobias co-founded MARA, a company that provides a personal AI assistant for faster customer review responses. Prior to that, they worked as a Specialist in Data Science at McKinsey & Company, where they focused on Marketing & Sales solutions. Tobias also worked at SAP as a Research Associate, where they conducted research and developed innovative software solutions. Additionally, they briefly worked as a Developer for a cloud solution for soccer clubs. Before entering the industry, Tobias worked as a Freelance Web Designer, creating and implementing websites for small and medium-sized businesses. Tobias also gained research experience as a Research Assistant at the University of Mannheim, focusing on artificial intelligence and sensor data processing.
Tobias Roelen-Blasberg began their education at the University of Mannheim in 2008, where they completed a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems in 2011. Afterward, in 2011, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Information Technology at the same institution, which they completed in 2014. During their master's program, in 2013, they engaged in a semester abroad at the Australian Catholic University, focusing on Information Technology. Following their master's degree, from 2014 to 2017, Tobias attended the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) where they earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) specifically in the field of Automated Brand Perception Measurement.
