Kafilat then joined Access Bank Plc in 2019 for a Graduate Internship, focusing on customer experience. From 2021 to 2022, Kafilat worked as a Product Owner at Egmarkets (EGM Group), managing the development of product backlogs and coordinating the team's response to customer needs in the trading platform.

Kafilat also served as a Project Support Manager at Mara, working on project documentation, software installation, and hardware inventory tracking in Kenya and Nigeria. Currently, they hold the role of Project Lead at Mara, ensuring seamless IT service delivery, supervising MDM build and deployment, monitoring IT tasks, and managing Apple devices using MDM.

Overall, Kafilat has developed a strong skill set in project management, IT support, customer experience, and HR, with experience in diverse industries such as healthcare, banking, export promotion, and technology.

Kafilat A.'s education history begins with their enrollment at the University of Ilorin in 2013, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (Bsc) degree in Social Work. Kafilat completed their undergraduate studies in 2017.
