Sarah Peterson Whaley

Sarah Peterson Whaley has extensive experience in educational leadership, currently serving as the Associate Director of Exceptional Student Services at Marana Unified School District since April 2012. Previous roles at the same district include Associate Principal, Athletic Director, Dean of Students, and Head Women's Basketball Coach. Prior to Marana, Sarah worked as an English Teacher at Alhambra High School and Flowing Wells High School. Sarah holds a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Northern Arizona University and a BA in English with a focus on Secondary Education from Grand Canyon University.
