Nate Dickinson

Nate Dickinson has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Nate started their career as a Project Coordinator at The Auchter Company in 2004 and worked there until 2006. Following that, they joined The Devlin Group as a Project Manager from 2006 to 2007. At The Devlin Group, they were responsible for overseeing site development and luxury condominium construction projects. From 2007 to 2011, they worked as a Project Manager at Danis Building Construction Company. In this role, they managed various construction projects and facilitated coordination between different stakeholders. In 2011, they became the Vice President of Operations at Crane Industry Services, LLC. Nate held this position until 2017 and was responsible for providing crane safety consulting services worldwide. Currently, they are working at Marand Builders, Inc. and has held several roles, including Preconstruction Manager from 2014 to 2017, Director of Preconstruction from 2017 to 2023, and Corporate Director of Preconstruction from 2023 onwards.

Nate Dickinson obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction Management from the University of North Florida in 2004. Prior to that, they studied Civil Engineering at the University of Central Florida from 1998 to 1999. Nate also holds a certification as an OSHA Authorized Trainer in 30 Hour Construction.
