Kaitlyn Ferrara

Kaitlyn MacDonald has extensive experience in human resources and operations, currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Maranon Capital since January 2021, with previous roles including Human Resources Associate and Operations Analyst. Prior experience includes working as a Sales Support Coordinator at FIS and as a Development Coordinator at JDRF International. Kaitlyn's background also encompasses research and internship positions at Nationwide Children's Hospital and Orthopedic ONE. Kaitlyn holds a Master of Public Health from The Ohio State University, obtained in 2019, and a Bachelor of Science from the same institution, completed in 2017.
