Elizabeth Gaffney

Elizabeth Gaffney has over 25 years of experience in various roles in human resources. Elizabeth currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Marathon Capital. Prior to that, they worked as the Managing Director and Global Human Resources Practice Leader at FPL Global. Elizabeth also held the position of Managing Director and Global Head of Human Resources at Jefferies, where they led HR activities for 1,000 employees globally. Elizabeth has also worked at Credit Suisse, Advantage Placements, Right Management, Credit Suisse First Boston, ING Barings Furman Selz, and Dai-Ichi Kangyo Bank in different HR roles.

Elizabeth Gaffney has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from Fordham University. Elizabeth also pursued further education at Fordham University Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, where they obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Human Resources Education.
