Jill Wormser is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Marathon Capital since December 2022. Prior to this role, Jill worked at Trumid as a Recruiter and HR Manager from October 2020 to December 2022, and held the position of Campus Recruiter at Cushman & Wakefield between August 2018 and October 2020. Jill's career began at Grant Thornton LLP, where Jill served as a University Recruiting Associate and intern from July 2016 to August 2018. Jill holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies as well as Human Development & Family Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, completed in 2016, and obtained a High School Diploma from Dwight-Englewood School in 2012.
