Norm Mims has extensive work experience in the food industry. Norm is currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Marathon Cheese Corporation. Prior to this, they worked for Morgan Foods as a Sales Manager in charge of co-pack, export, and retail sales from 2017 to 2021. From 2005 to 2017, Norm held the position of Manager of Contract Manufacturing at Bay Valley Foods. Before that, they had roles at Dean Specialty Foods Group, including National Accounts Sales Manager, McDonald's Business Manager, and Regional Sales Manager. Norm also worked as a National Accounts Sales Manager at Gehl's Guernsey Farms and as an Animal Nutritionist at Jefferson Farmco in the earlier stages of their career.
Norm Mims pursued their education from 1989 to 1994 at Murray State University. During this period, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Agricultural Science.
