Thomas Tritt is an experienced plant manager and director with a strong background in operational leadership within the food manufacturing industry. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Marathon Cheese Corporation since August 2023, Thomas previously held the position of Plant Director and Plant Manager at Ocean Spray Cranberries from 2017 to the present, where strategic planning and operational alignment were key responsibilities. Thomas's accomplishments include employing DMAIC optimization cycles to enhance profit yields and receiving several prestigious awards for leadership excellence. Additional experience includes roles as Operations Manager at Ocean Spray from 2011 to 2017, where notable team development and recognition as “Plant of the Year” were achieved. Prior experience at DCI Cheese Company involved managing tactical planning and staff development, and earlier roles included supervision and environmental coordination at Bay Valley Foods. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
