Jayson Browder, MPA has a diverse work experience in both public and private sectors. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Policy at Marathon Digital Holdings, a leading Bitcoin mining company. Previously, they worked at Third Way, where they held the roles of Visiting Fellow, advising on national security programs, and Senior Policy Advisor for National Security, focusing on digital competition with China. Jayson also served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Bitcoin Today Coalition, advocating for the benefits of bitcoin. Furthermore, Jayson Browder founded and chaired the nonprofit organization Veterans in Global Leadership, aiming to empower and train student veterans for leadership positions. Jayson also worked at the U.S. Department of State as a Budget, Planning, and Program Officer and at New York University Abu Dhabi as an Assistant Dean of Administration. Additionally, Jayson Browder was a Founder and Executive Director of Veterans in Global Leadership and a Next Generation National Security Leaders Fellow at the Center for a New American Security. Jayson began their career as a Program and Budget Officer at The White House Office of Management and Budget. Jayson Browder has also been recognized as a Carnegie New Leader at the Carnegie Council for Ethics in International Affairs.

Jayson Browder, MPA has a diverse education history. In 2009 to 2011, they obtained an AS degree in Construction Technology from the Community College of the Air Force. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Latin American and Latino Studies and Sociology at Fordham University from 2011 to 2012. In 2014 to 2015, they completed an Executive Masters of Public Administration program with a focus on Global Public Policy and Management at both New York University and UCL. In terms of certifications, Jayson has obtained various qualifications including Foundations of Project Management and Project Initiation from Google, as well as diversity and inclusivity training from institutions like Traliant. Furthermore, they attended the Global Inclusive Leadership & Management Institute at New York University in 2020.
