Heather Gruver Weeks has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Heather started their career at Digitas as an Account Executive in 1998 and later moved to eSupportNow, where they worked as a Senior Marketing & Communications Manager from 2000 to 2001. After that, they joined Where to Eat, Boston as a Business Development professional, managing client relationships and creating original content for new clients.

In 2002, Heather joined Booz Allen Hamilton as a Lead Associate, providing business consulting and market insight to help the company maintain and improve its competitive edge. Heather led strategy sessions on various topics and utilized business intelligence techniques to transform data into actionable strategic knowledge.

From 2012 to 2015, Heather worked at Select Design as an Account Director, collaborating with major brands to develop brand strategy and establish consumer relationships through online and offline marketing channels. Heather also integrated interactive media into the overall business strategy.

Since 2016, Heather has been associated with Marathon Health, initially serving as the Vice President of Market Development. In this role, they led the development of the company's market growth and competitive strategy, collaborated with sales and marketing teams, and oversaw the implementation of new products and services. Later, they took on the role of Vice President of Strategy and Innovation and is the current Vice President of Product Strategy, where they provide informed strategies for expansion and guides outcomes assessment and best practice implementation.

Heather Gruver Weeks completed their BA in English and Politics at Dickinson College from 1990 to 1994. From 2004 to 2007, they obtained their MBA degree in Finance & Marketing from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School.
