Heather Gruver Weeks has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Heather started their career at Digitas as an Account Executive in 1998 and later moved to eSupportNow, where they worked as a Senior Marketing & Communications Manager from 2000 to 2001. After that, they joined Where to Eat, Boston as a Business Development professional, managing client relationships and creating original content for new clients.

In 2002, Heather joined Booz Allen Hamilton as a Lead Associate, providing business consulting and market insight to help the company maintain and improve its competitive edge. Heather led strategy sessions on various topics and utilized business intelligence techniques to transform data into actionable strategic knowledge.
