Jodi Erbe

Jodi Erbe is an experienced human resources leader currently serving as Vice President of People Operations at Marathon Health, a position held since January 2024, following a tenure as Vice President of People Operations at Everside Health from July 2021 to January 2024. Previously, Jodi held the role of Chief People Officer at Laradon from October 2019 to July 2021 and Global Director of People Operations, Services, & Support at simPRO Software from March 2017 to October 2019. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Director of Global Human Resources at Crownpeak between October 2015 and March 2017, and Vice President of Human Resources at Exclusive Resorts from June 2004 to September 2015. Jodi Erbe holds a Master of Science in Management with a focus on Organizational Leadership and Human Resources Management from Regis University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource and Family Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
