Jon Oosterman

Jon Oosterman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jon currently holds the position of Senior Director of Data & Analytics at Marathon Health since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at HMS as the Senior Director of Enterprise Data Management from April 2017 to November 2021. Before that, they served as the Vice President of Enterprise Data Management at Eliza Corp from September 2014 to April 2017. Jon also held various roles at Eliza Corp, including Director of Data Operations, Data Analyst, and Quality Assurance Analyst, between August 2003 and September 2014. Earlier in their career, Oosterman worked as a Lease Portfolio Administrator/Sales Support at Foreign Motors West from June 2002 to June 2003 and as an intern in Quality Assurance Analysis at TJX Companies from June 2001 to September 2001. Jon also gained internship experience at Venture Development Corporation in the summer of 2000.

Jon Oosterman obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management from Fitchburg State University from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from the same university, graduating in June 2002. Jon also holds additional certifications, including AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, obtained from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in December 2018 and January 2023. In 2016, they completed a course on Business Strategy from Coursera.
