Francis Leke Adesina

Francis Leke Adesina is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in commodities trading and corporate law. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at Marathon Petroleum Corporation since April 2023, Francis specializes in natural gas, power, and marketing-related legal matters. Prior to this, Francis was Corporate Counsel at CITGO where responsibilities included advising on legal obligations related to refining, chemicals, and lubricants. Additionally, experience includes a role as Legal Counsel for Airswift, handling various contracts, as well as work in litigation and e-discovery. Francis earned a JD from Texas Tech University School of Law and an MBA from Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Corporate Communication from the University of Houston.
