Jennifer Gates

Jennifer Gates is an experienced professional in safety and training, currently serving as a Senior Business Training Specialist at Marathon Petroleum Corporation since March 2016. In this role, Jennifer has successfully collaborated with state agencies for grant funding, developed an Incident Command System (ICS) plan, and evaluated training needs. Previously, Jennifer held the position of Safety Coordinator at Andeavor from 2013 to 2016, leading safety initiatives and training programs, and served as a Senior Operations Specialist at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation from 1999 to 2011, where responsibilities included conducting safety training, managing inventory yards, and overseeing contractor projects.
