Jill Schroeder

Jill Schroeder is an experienced professional with a diverse background in commercial operations and marketing, currently serving as the Lead Commercial Operations Coordinator at Marathon Petroleum Corporation since June 2019. Previous roles at Marathon include Senior Marketing Analyst for Brand Innovation & Strategy and Senior IT Business Analyst focusing on Organizational Change Management, where involvement in a project to create a new company intranet was highlighted. Prior to Marathon, Jill served as a Board Member for Diabetes Youth Services and held various positions at Cooper Tire & Rubber Company over a span of 23 years, including Business Relationship Manager and Certified Six Sigma Black Belt in Marketing. Jill holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership from The University of Findlay and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Bowling Green State University.
