Joseph Engh

Joseph Engh is an experienced professional in the refining industry, currently serving as the Routine Maintenance Director for Corporate Refining at Marathon Petroleum Corporation since October 2018. Engh has a strong background in reliability and maintenance, having held roles such as Reliability and Inspection Supervisor and Reliability Supervisor. Prior experience includes working at Andeavor as a Reliability Supervisor and at Northern Tier Energy as the Maintenance Planning and Reliability Engineering Superintendent, where supervision of refinery planners and maintenance activities was a key responsibility. Engh also managed capital projects up to $20 million as a Project Engineer at Marathon Petroleum from May 2007 to October 2011. Engh holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, earned from 1999 to 2004.
