Kasey Cowling is an experienced professional in the fields of health and fitness. Currently serving as an Exercise Specialist at Marathon Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine, LLC since February 2018, Kasey has also been a Personal Trainer and Desk Associate at Fitness Revolution since June 2012. Additionally, Kasey works seasonally as a Server at The Barley Neck Inn, home of Joe's Beach Road Bar & Grill, since June 2016. Kasey held the position of Graduate Nurse at Simmons University from September 2019 to December 2020, and prior experience includes serving at Abba Restaurant from June 2009 to June 2016. Kasey holds an Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Simmons University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Arizona State University.

Marathon’s sole purpose is to provide exceptional, progressive and cost-effective performance, fitness, wellness, athletic training, and outpatient rehabilitation through personalized care that emphasizes patient education and prevention of future injury. Marathon Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine was founded in 2004 by physical therapists with a the vision of an environment where exceptional quality and broad-based out-patient physical therapy merges seamlessly with programs in our clinics and surrounding communities to develop meaningful relationships that exist separate from or in addition to an injury or illness-related episode. Marathon truly exists to be “Keeping you well throughout the race of life”, whether that “race” is keeping up with your grandchildren, hiking Mount Washington, having the greatest garden in the neighborhood, or competing in your first or 101st triathlon.
