Hana Young is an experienced mental health professional currently serving as a Program Evaluation Coordinator at McLean Hospital since December 2020, where responsibilities include providing direct patient care and fostering therapeutic relationships with individuals facing various mental health challenges. Previous roles at Union College include Senior Admissions Intern, where Hana conducted interviews and hosted information sessions, as well as serving as a Retail Cashier and Undergraduate Research Assistant. Leadership experience includes serving as Senior Vice President of Recruitment for Sigma Delta Tau, training members and orchestrating recruitment events, and as Junior Vice President of Recruitment at Target, where customer engagement and sales management were key duties. Hana holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in English from Union College, complemented by a high school diploma from Bishop Feehan High School.
