Damien Lavera

Damien LaVera has extensive experience in public affairs and communications. Damien is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Public Affairs and Communications at Marathon Strategies LLC. Before this, they worked as the Director of Communications at NYSUT, where they led communications strategy for the organization and successfully navigated various challenges, including the COVID-19 pandemic and advocacy campaigns.
