Jason started their career at Signature Government Solutions, specializing in the recruitment of high-level IT professionals for long-term federal programs. Jason then worked at Global Defense Technology & Systems, Inc. as an Employee Liaison, providing mission-critical technology-based solutions for national security agencies. Following this, they served as a Senior Resource Manager at Sotera Defense Solutions, Inc., where they focused on meeting evolving national security needs through expert analysis and innovative technology. Jason then joined Softworld as a Senior Delivery Manager, offering IT staff augmentation services to a wide range of industries. Later, they worked at Convergenz as a Senior Resource Manager, providing staffing services to both government and commercial clients. Jason then joined Hire Velocity as a Recruiting Consultant, utilizing leading-edge technology and behavioral science to find qualified candidates for companies.
