Following this, they served as a Senior Resource Manager at Sotera Defense Solutions, Inc., where they focused on meeting evolving national security needs through expert analysis and innovative technology. Jason then joined Softworld as a Senior Delivery Manager, offering IT staff augmentation services to a wide range of industries. Later, they worked at Convergenz as a Senior Resource Manager, providing staffing services to both government and commercial clients.
