Pam Petriello

Pam Petriello, SPHR has a diverse and extensive background in human resources and total rewards. Pam is currently the VP of Global Total Rewards and HR Operations at Maravai LifeSciences since September 2022. Prior to that, they served as the VP of Total Rewards and HR Operations at Arena Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from October 2020 to August 2022, where they played a key role in preparing the company for acquisition by Pfizer and implemented Workday in an expedited timeframe.

Before their time at Arena Pharmaceuticals, Pam held the position of Vice President Global HR Operations at TTM Technologies from January 2016 to November 2020. Earlier in their career, Pam served as Global Director of Comp/Ben/HRIS at Barclays Global Investors (now BlackRock) from January 1997 to March 2002, where they created a global compensation, benefits, and HRIS function and redesigned programs to achieve competitive market positioning. Pam also held various positions at JP Morgan from October 1987 to January 1997, including VP of Global HR (Benefits), VP of European HR Programs (London), and VP of International Benefit Program Design (NY). Pam contributed to the design and execution of complex global programs and obtained board level buy-in for global benefits philosophy.
