Rose Zanic

Rose Zanic has extensive experience in corporate finance and public company advisory services. Rose has worked as the President of RCF Advisors Ltd. since 2017, specializing in various areas such as public company administration and compliance, corporate finance, and due diligence services. Additionally, they have served as the Chief Financial Officer of Marble Financial Inc. since 2021 and as a Director for both Clarity Gold Corp. and Sanatana Resources Inc. since the same year. Prior to their current roles, Rose was the Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance at Wolverton Securities for almost 20 years, where they completed numerous transactions for public and private companies across various sectors. Rose started their career as a Manager at Price Waterhouse in 1988, focusing on audit services.

Rose Zanic completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and Accounting from The University of British Columbia in 1988. Rose then pursued a CPA, CA designation from the Chartered Professional Accountants of BC (formerly the Institute of Chartered Accountants of BC) starting in 1991. Additionally, Rose has obtained certifications such as CSC from the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI) and PDO from the Canadian Securities Institute.
