Rachel Althof

Rachel Althof currently serves as a Trustee at Marburn Academy since August 2022 and has held the position of Program Chair and Lead Faculty for the Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership at Franklin University since January 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Division Head and Dean/Assistant Division Head at The Wellington School from August 2011 to January 2021, and as Program Coordinator at Teachers College, Columbia University from May 2010 to August 2011. Rachel also worked as a Teacher at The Wellington School and Columbus City Schools. Rachel Althof earned a Doctor of Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, a Master of Arts from The Ohio State University, and a Bachelor of Art Education with Distinction from The Ohio State University.
