Ben Trodd

Ben Trodd is a seasoned executive in the hospitality industry with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings LTD and Joint Owner/Operator of Four Seasons Yachts since July 2025, Trodd previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at AMAN from July 2023 to July 2025. Prior to that, Trodd was Senior Vice President of Sales & Hotel Marketing at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, overseeing Sales and Marketing strategies across 127 hotels worldwide. Trodd's career includes key roles such as Regional Vice President and General Manager at Beverly Wilshire Beverly Hills, General Manager at Four Seasons Hotel Seattle, and various management positions at several Four Seasons properties. Trodd holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of London and Royal Holloway, both earned between 1988 and 1991.
