Captain William Wright

Captain William Wright is an accomplished maritime professional with extensive experience in both operational leadership and consultancy. As the Principal Owner of SafeNav Consulting AS since February 2012, Captain William Wright provides expert consultancy services for maritime safety to top-tier clients. Prior to this role, Captain William Wright served as the Senior Vice President of Marine Operations at Royal Caribbean International, overseeing operations for a fleet of 24 ships. Notably, Captain William Wright was the first Master of "Oasis of the Seas," the largest cruise ship in the world. Additional expertise includes serving as a Senior Advisor to the CEO of Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings LTD, where Captain William Wright contributes to the development of Four Seasons Yachts, set to launch in 2025. Captain William Wright holds a Master of Marine Engineering and numerous degrees, including from Harvard Business School and the University of South-Eastern Norway.
