Alicia Humphries has a solid work experience in product development and management in the fashion and jewelry industry. Alicia is currently working as the Manager of Product Development for Jewelry & Special items at Marc Jacobs. Prior to this, they worked as the Product Development Project Manager for Collaborations + Special Projects at Master & Dynamic, where they led the strategy and execution of product life cycles and managed collaborations with luxury market clients.

Before that, Alicia worked as the Product Development & Sourcing Manager for Jewelry and Watches at New Avon, where they successfully oversaw the development of jewelry and watch collections in partnership with various teams. Alicia also played a key role in streamlining production processes and reducing costs.

Alicia has also gained experience as the Design/Product Development Director at Carol Dauplaise, Ltd, where they built and managed collaborative teams for costume jewelry. Alicia excelled in assessing market opportunities, creating seasonal collections, and improving efficiency in the design process.

Alicia Humphries completed their education in a sequential manner. From 1994 to 1997, they attended Germantown Friends School, where they earned their high school degree. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Delaware in 1997 and graduated in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Apparel Design and Fine Art Sculpture. Subsequently, they pursued further education at the Academy of Art University, obtaining a Master of Fine Arts degree in Fashion Merchandising between 2001 and 2004.
