Caroline Sullivan has a varied work experience in the fashion industry. Caroline started their career as an Accessories Production Intern at Michael Kors in 2012 and continued to work there as a Sales Assistant in 2014. In 2015, they transitioned into the role of Product Development Assistant for Handbags at Michael Kors, where they worked until 2018. Caroline then became a Product Development Associate Manager for Handbags at the same company until 2019. Caroline joined Oscar de la Renta in 2019 as a Fabric Buyer before moving to Tory Burch later that year. At Tory Burch, they worked as a Product Development Associate for Handbags until 2023, when they took on the position of Product Development Senior Associate for Handbags. Currently, Caroline is employed as a Product Development Manager for Leather Goods at Marc Jacobs.
