Gavina Pak

Gavina Pak has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Gavina most recently worked at Marc Jacobs as a Senior Director, overseeing talent management, acquisition, and employee experience. Before that, they held various roles at LVMH Fashion Group North America, including Director of Talent Acquisition and Development for the North American region and Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition. Gavina also worked at S'well Bottle as a Talent Acquisition Manager. Prior to that, they held multiple positions at Barneys New York, including Senior Manager and Talent Acquisition Specialist. Gavina began their career at Kirk Palmer Associates as an Associate Recruiter and later served as an Executive Recruiting Assistant. Gavina's early work experience includes a role as an Assistant Personal Shopper at Bergdorf Goodman.

Gavina Pak completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mass Communication from Towson University from 2005 to 2009. In August 2020, they obtained a certification in Talent Advisor: Diversity Workshop from Recruiting Toolbox, Inc.
