Alan Raphaeli is a Senior Director at Marc Realty where he focuses on leasing the Suburban property portfolio. Alan works closely with his clients to create the creative solutions to their office leasing challenges. Alan has worked with every type of tenant over the last 31 years with Marc Realty. He eagerly pursues new clients and in turn achieves exceptional results. He has worked in over 30 properties and has completed over 2500 transactions ranging from 500-60,000 square feet. Alan gives personalized service and feels every situation is unique. He has numerous repeat clients throughout the years. Prior to joining Marc Realty in 1988, Alan practiced law at Goldberg & Goldberg where he focused on both Personal Injury and Real Estate law.
