Management and Operations

The Management and Operations team at March and Ash ensures the efficient, safe, and customer-centric operation of our Southern California cannabis dispensaries. Led by the Shop Manager and Assisted by the Assistant Manager, the team oversees daily store activities, manages staff, handles inventory logistics, and ensures compliance with regulatory standards. The Expeditor and Inventory Assistant support seamless service delivery and maintain stock integrity to provide a top-notch experience for our customers.
