Brad Weirick

Partner & General Counsel at March Capital

Brad is a Partner and General Counsel of March Capital. Brad has joined March Capital after a 35-year career at Gibson Dunn, where he was Co-Chairman of the firm’s Emerging Companies Practice Group and a member of the firm’s Corporations Department, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investment transactions, and public and private securities offerings.

Throughout his career, Brad has represented entrepreneurs, public and private companies, and venture capital investors (including March Capital). He brings his deep knowledge of venture capital, M&A, and corporate governance to the investment team’s growing skill set. At March Capital, he is responsible for overseeing investment structuring, portfolio company governance and exits, strategic transactions, and compliance – and will be a key part of the operations team and overall strategic planning.

Brad began his career at Gibson Dunn in 1986 after earning his law degree from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law. He did his undergraduate work at Dartmouth College, where he graduated magna cum laude and was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa honor society.
