Kevin Long has over 18 years of experience in information technology, specializing in help desk administration, technical support, and change management. Currently serving as the Information Technology Help Desk Administrator at March Networks since June 2022, Kevin previously held positions including Senior Information Technology Specialist at Cornerstone OnDemand and Intermediate Information Technology Specialist at Saba Software. With demonstrated expertise in generating reports, managing change processes, and deploying software through Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), Kevin has also provided extensive client support across various organizations, including Halogen Software and ISM Canada.
