Victoria Pearson has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Victoria currently holds the position of Vice President, Strategy, Research and External Affairs at March of Dimes Canada since September 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Communications and Public Affairs at the same organization from February 2020 to September 2021.

Before that, they served as an Executive Assistant at the Office of Phil McNeely, MPP from 2004 to 2005. Victoria'scareer began as a Reporter at Orleans Star and Weekly Journal from 2002 to 2003.

Victoria Pearson completed their education with a Master's Degree in English Literature from Carleton University in 2004.
