Andrew Fullerton

Andrew Fullerton, MPP, serves as the Deputy Director of Federal Affairs at March of Dimes since September 2021, focusing on legislation, regulatory initiatives, and policy advocacy. Prior experience includes serving as the Government Relations Manager for the National Kidney Foundation, where Andrew developed relationships with legislators and directed advocacy activities that successfully passed numerous laws. Andrew co-founded multiple organizations, including the Grassroots Professional Network and the Government Affairs Industry Network, emphasizing professional development and networking within the government affairs community. Andrew's career began in legislative roles, including a position as a Legislative Assistant at Williams Mullen, and early work within congressional offices and campaign management. Andrew holds a Master of Public Policy degree from George Mason University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and History from Bucknell University.
