Karyn Demartini

Karyn DeMartini, MBA, currently serves as the Vice President of Major, Principal, and Planned Giving at March of Dimes, where a significant achievement includes a 150% revenue increase in the first three years. Karyn has held multiple leadership roles within the organization, including Vice President of Development Strategy and Integration, securing a $1M major gift during the COVID pandemic, and West Region Director of Individual Giving, contributing to a $75M capital campaign. Previously, Karyn was a State Director, growing the second largest chapter by 20%, and an Executive Director responsible for $2.1M in fundraising.
