Sonica Aron

Sonica Aron is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. As the Managing Partner of MarchingSheep since April 2014, Sonica has been instrumental in founding an HR consulting firm that focuses on customized solutions to enhance clients' people strategies and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion. Prior to this, Sonica served as an HR Process Design Consultant, where valuable partnerships were forged with young organizations. Notable prior positions include Director of Human Resources at Philips Electronics India Ltd., National HR Operations Manager at AkzoNobel India, and Senior Manager of Human Resources at Vodafone Essar Mobile Services Ltd. Educational credentials include a PG in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur and a BA in Mathematics from Hansraj College.
