Previously, Paul has held various leadership positions within the Specialty Coffee Association and the Speciality Coffee Association of Europe. Their educational background includes degrees in Industrial Design, Manufacturing Management, Strategic R&D Management, French, and Leadership for Growth.

Based in Dublin, Ireland Marco Beverage Systems Ltd design, manufacture, sell and support hot water and coffee delivery systems. Serving the global specialty beverage and HORECA industries for over 40 years, our systems are known for sleek design, precision control and energy-efficiency. Our systems are used in a variety of locations such as offices, specialty coffee shops, service stations and hospitality/catering sites. Recognizing our customers' needs for aesthetics, quality, consistency and ease we have developed a range of countertop and undercounter systems that give users precise control and consistent, high-quality beverages.
