Suman Siva

Suman Siva has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. In 2013, they worked as a Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company until 2016. From 2016 to 2017, they served as an Associate at Castanea Partners. In 2015, they took on the role of BizOps at Scoop Technologies, Inc. until 2016. They then joined SoftBank Investment Advisers as an Investor from 2017 to 2019. In 2020, they worked as a Growth Advisor at Basis One. Currently, Suman is the Co-Founder and CEO of Marco Experiences, a company specializing in creating unique experiences to foster employee engagement and build connections within organizations.
