Erica Pugliese

Erica Pugliese has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Erica began their career as a Launch Specialist at Rackspace, the #1 managed cloud company, in September 2014, where they worked until April 2015. Erica then joined Bridgeport Capital Services as a Collateral Analyst I in September 2011 and was promoted to Collateral Analyst II in June 2016, holding this position until June 2016. During their time at Bridgeport Capital Services, Erica was responsible for evaluating collateral information, verifying its accuracy, and analyzing loan collateral accounts. Erica also assisted in maintaining records and preparing reports.

After leaving Bridgeport Capital Services, Erica joined Trade Finance Solutions Inc. as an Account Manager in June 2016 and worked until July 2018. In this role, they managed accounts and maintained relationships with clients. Following their tenure at Trade Finance Solutions Inc., Erica joined Bank of America as a Relationship Banker in February 2020. Erica worked in this position until August 2022, where they played a key role in managing client relationships and providing financial advice and assistance.

Most recently, Erica joined Marco in August 2022 as an Account Manager.

Erica Pugliese has a diverse education history. In 2009, they obtained an Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Estácio. In 2014, Erica enrolled in Florida Atlantic University and completed a Certificate in Human Resources Management. Additionally, they obtained a CloudU Certificate in Cloud Computing from Rackspace Cloud University in the same year. In 2016, Erica pursued further education at Florida Atlantic University and obtained a Certificate in Corporate Financial Management. Erica has additional certifications in Corporate Financial Management and Human Resources from Florida Atlantic University, which they attained in July 2016 and July 2014, respectively.
